New Mexico has a growing restaurant scene, with two restaurants opening by the end of 2017.
One is the restaurant Dominick’s.
The other is a restaurant called Stoney’s.
The two locations are in the town of Chihuahua, about 15 miles (25 kilometers) northwest of Albuquerque.
The new restaurants were approved by the city’s restaurant commissioners on Monday.
Dominick’s, a restaurant that specializes in chicken, has more than 200 restaurants in the U.S., including Dominick in Albuquerque.
It has a presence in both New Mexico and California.
The restaurant, owned by John W. Whelan, told Next Big Futures the opening date for the Chihuayán restaurant is now June 1.
The first restaurant, Dominick and Stoney, is set to open in 2019.
